1、 Review and analyse business request to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve talent acquisition, talent development, employee performance, retention, compensation, employee relations and employee value proposition
2、 Work with leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning, and skills assessment
3、 Ensure all HR practices, records, etc. are in full compliance with statutory requirements
4、 Work closely with managers to ensure HR initiatives/programs are implemented effectively and transparent communication
