Responsibilities (执掌) The Engineering Supervisor will report to Engineering Manager. 这位技术工程部主任将直接报告给技术工程部经理。 ? College degree 大专以上学历 ? 8+years’ experience in footwear orrelated manufacturing/trading experiencepreferred. 具有八年以上制鞋工厂或贸易商经验 ? Experience managing a team of individuals. 有管理团队经验。 ? Strategicthinkingandteamplayer,tendency toprioritizeproblem-solvingmindset 具备策略性思维，具备团队精神，并以解决问题为处理事情导向。 ? Fluent Chinese and English. 流利的中英文 ? Strong communicator and analytical skills 强而有力的沟通，并具备分析能力。 ? Knowledge of footwear process 具备制鞋流程相关知识。 ? Knowledge of footwear manufacturingprocess 具备相关制鞋生产流程知识。 ? Knowledge of physical properties ofmaterials 具备材料物性测试标准相关知识。 ? Knowledge and experience of material supply chain management 具备材料供应链管理经验及相关知识。 ?
