Responsibilities (职责) ? Receive and process Purchase Orders from our key customer ? 接收并处理我们主要客人的订单 ? Verify Purchase Order Information with the various internal departments ? 跟相关内部单位核对确认订单信息 ? Provide Purchase Orders to our Suppliers ? 下单到我司配合的工厂 ? Manage packaging details with both the customer as well as suppliers ? 配合工厂 / 客人处理订单包装信息 ? Manage the Shipment of Purchase Orders ? 配合货代 / 工厂处理订单排船出货 ? Provide Operational updates in weekly reports ? 更新提供相关订单业务的周报表 Requirements (应聘要求) ? College / Bachelor’s degree ? 大专以上学历 ? 3+ years’ experience in footwear or related manufacturing/trading experience preferred ? 三年以上鞋业经验或相关制造/贸易经验 ? Extensive Microsoft Office skills with the purpose of reporting and presenting ? 熟练操作办公软件 ? Fluent English with Chinese, both verbally as well as in writing. ? 英文与中文说写流利。 ? Strong communicator and analytical skills ? 强而有力的沟通，并具备分析能力 ? Location based in Jinjiang Fu Jian ? 工作地点-福建晋江
