Responsibilities ? Manage Development all the way from pattern trials to confirmation samples to T1. ? Manage contact window with internal cross-departmental communication to ensure development is executed correctly from pattern trial to T1 following up with a progress of T1 fitting. ? Work with factory pattern master, review shell patterns / pattern trials against CADs review ? Manage sample ****** quality to ensure a “perfect” sample leaves the factory to the customer or cross-department. ? Manage all testing of materials / Whole shoes during sample stage, before confirmation samples. ? Follow up with factories for sample schedules / material schedule to meet development calendars timeline and given EFD dates to customers. Requirements ? More than 7+ Years of experience in a footwear company and in-depth experience with lasts, patterns, tooling(Molds/Blueprints), materials and process across all types of footwear (Especially Work and tactical). ? Familiar with the structure of shoes and understands to think “out of the box” to meet standards given. ? Willing to work under heavy workload and to go over the line for effort to manage several factories at the same time for all development. Active and motivated daily. ? Detailed and organized working habit. ? Experienced with most types of leathers. ? Good at office software, email, excel and word. ? Fluent in English, verbally and writing for communication.
