Responsibilities: 1. Assist and be trained / mentored by the RGM, to be responsible for all aspects of the company’s manufacturing operations within your region and will develop and optimize the organizational capabilities to match the Company’s strategy and growing scale. 2. Assist and be trained / mentored by the RGM to execute the following essential duties and responsibilities: (1) Oversee and support Manufacturing Operations and Supply Chain in your region, setting goals and performance objectives for your team and Tier 1 suppliers. (2) Locate and execute strategies for onboarding new suppliers to meet customer needs and company capacity requirements in order to achieve the Company’s performance goals. (3) Work with the CMO to create, implement and drive Key Performance Indicators across manufacturing operations as well as for direct reports. (4) Develop successful and strategic senior relationships with key manufacturers and partners, working closely to identify and qualify new business opportunities. (5) Lead employees to encourage maximum performance, dedication and retention. (6) Provide coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback to develop staff. (7) Interview, select, and hire qualified individuals for key team roles. (8) Prepare and present reports to Executive Committee and/or Company meetings as required. 3. Be responsible for Quality Assurance and Quality Control in Her / His assigned region. Requirements: 1.15+ years of manufacturing/product development experience in footwear. 2. Prior experience in direct factory management. 3. Fundamental knowledge of quality systems. 4. Experience in sustainable sourcing. 5. Travel as necessary. 6. Good English ability is required.
