Duties & Responsibilities: 1. Key in shipping data on customer’s website. 2. Shipping documents ******, proofreading and correction 3. Checking shipping Instruction from buyer for new coming orders. 4. Responsible for chasing L/C, L/C examination, proofreading all terms and conditions. 5. Prepare the requested documents and present to paying bank for negotiation of payment. 6. Manage the daily Shipping matters and emergency event. 7. Coordinate with factory on vessel booking arrangement/CFS consolidation based on the requirements from each buyer. Requirements: 1.University graduate or above, with experience of Footwear industry is preferred. 2.Minimum 1 years’ experience in shipping field. 3.Familiar with shipping knowledge and strong ability to solve unexpected and special issues. 4.Good command of reading and written English. 5.Strong computer knowledge in Microsoft Office. 6.Team spirit and hard working personality 以上职位均有双休。
