The Senior IT Associate / IT Manager will report into the IT Director, and reasonability to 1. Collect user requirements from project’s SME and stakeholders 2. Assist in system analysis and business process estimation 3. Propose solutions to user’s business and operational enquiries 4. Work closely with system development team to ensure the quality and timely delivery of project tasks 5. Conduct project implementation activities such as system configuration, training, UAT, etc. 6. Utilizes project plans for IT development, enhancement, and maintenance tasks. Interpret business requirements and prepare technical specification 任职要求： Degree holder in Information System disciplines, major in IT will be a definite advantage 1. 5 years business system analysis experience 2. 3 - 5 years’ experience on ERP and PLM projects is a big plus 3. Experiences in Project Management / Systems Integration 4. Experiences in shoes manufacturing industry / brand – ANTA or ERKE is a big plus 5. Strong numerical sense & analytical skill, experienced in data mining & proficient in analytical tools 6. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word) 7. High sense of responsibility, good team player with ability to handle multiple tasks & projects independently, able to work under pressure with tight schedules under challenging environment 8. Strong team spirit, quality oriented and attentive to details 9. Good command of written & spoken of English & Mandarin / Chinese 10. Immediate available is preferred
