AMG正在招聘一位材料開發人員, 該職位主要協助材料部門主管執行材料研發. 並針對市場最新材料進行調研, 協助AMG季節開發材料準備工作. 該職位應具備優質態度與雄心, 具備材料經驗優先. 該員並須具有熱誠及在提升材料供應鏈材料開發與供應的效能上具備執著的方向性. Responsibilities： ? Manages material library and maintain the updates, delivery message to development team ? 管理材料圖書館, 並定期更新, 新材料及時與開發溝通 ? Coordinates the material sourcing and sample material development ? 協助新材料搜尋與樣品開發 ? Help director to implement material development and sourcing strategy ? 協助主管執行材料研發與供應鏈之策略 ? Sources suitable and value-for-money vendors and reduces overall costs ? 能搜尋性價比高的材料 ? Proceeds and monitors the compliance of newly development with brands and category requirements before production. ? 執行與監督新材料研發時各項物理與化學性質的合規性. ? Prepares color swatches and color windows and overviews the updates in all categories. ? 協助準備開發部門量產前[色卡]與[色窗]的簽核管理 ? Helps to maintain the updates approved vendor lists and update related documents. ? 協助維護[註冊][指定]供應商名單及相關文件的有效性 ? Builds and overlook the database by the means of AMG such as MICROSFOT TEAM and MATERIAL EXCHANGE ? 協助建立並維護AMG內部MT及ME或其他相關的數碼圖書館內材料資料的正確性 ? Negotiates the prices with vendors and is able to maintain AMG completeness in the market. ? 協助協商各項材料價格, 可讓AMG保持市場的競爭性 ? Works closely to developers and ensure all material development following material management ? 與開發部門密切配合各項材料相關事宜. ? Rallies and coaches the team members ? 協調材料部門同事, 並可教育訓練 Requirements： ? College degree preferred ? 大專畢業以上 ? 5+ years’ experience in footwear or related manufacturing/trading experience preferred. ? 五年以上製鞋材料經驗 ? Fluent English, and Chinese to ready to present and express. ? 流利之中英文, 並可即時表達, 組織說明會. ? Strong communicator and analytical skills ? 強而有力的溝通, 並具備分析能力 ? Knowledge of footwear development process ? 具備相關製鞋開發流程知識 ? Knowledge of footwear manufacturing process ? 具備相關製鞋生產流程知識 ? Knowledge of physical properties of materials ? 具備物理性質測試標準知識 ? Knowledge and experience of material supply chain management ? 具備供應鏈管理之經驗及知識 ? Strategic thinking and team player, tendency to prioritize problem-solving mindset ? 具備策略性思維, 並具備團隊精神, 並以解決問題為處事導向 ?
