Responsibilities (职责) ? Must have strong self-motivation and the ability to work independently and within a TEAM environment 必须有很强的自我激励能力，能够独立工作，也能与团队合作。 ? Ability to interact with all levels of management 能够与各级管理人员沟通。 ? Cutting test specimens from materials/complete shoes/outsoles , conduct tests inside lab. 准备测试材料并安排上机测试， ? Do the regular machine maintenance, such as cleaning, oiling, greasing and keep up shape of machine based on schedule written in the QC manual. 定期保养机台并更新QC质量管理手册。 ? Occasionally need to work longer hours to meet project deadlines, or additional work on weekend as urgent request. 偶尔需要长时间工作以满足项目截止日期，周末可按主管分配加班完成加急测试。 Requirements (应聘要求) ? With experience in footwear company in laboratory testing machine is an advantage ? 鞋业公司相关经验 ? College or university degree (Mechanical or Electrical background) ? 大专及以上学历 ? Have core computer skills; MS Word, Excel, etc. ? 具备计算机技能，Word、Excel等 ? Fluent in English, both verbally and writing skills, will be an advantage ? 英语流利。有英语口语和写作能力者优先。
