Responsibilities (职责)
? Manages material library and maintain the updates, delivers message to development team
? 管理材料圖書館, 並定期更新, 新材料及時與開發溝通
? Facilitates to Tie2 and data entry of packaging
? 協助包材供應商, 以及包材各項資料的正確性
? Coordinates the lab testing for newly developed materials
? 協調開發材料之測試事宜
? Prepares color swatches and color windows and overviews the updates in all categories
? 整理色卡與色窗等, 協助統籌更新狀況
? Helps to maintain the updates approved vendor lists and update related documents.
? 協助整理[註冊][認證]供應商相關文件
? Builds to database by the means of AMG such as MICROSFOT TEAM and MATERIAL EXCHANGE, FLEX PLM
? 建立AMG於MT and ME and Flex等材料相關資訊
? Updates the price comparison and delivery to costing team
? 更新材料比較表與報價人員
? Works closely to developers and ensure all material development following material management
? 密切與開發配合, 確保依照材料開發流程開發新材料
Requirements (任聘資格)
? College degree preferred
? 大專以上優先
? 2+ years’ experience in footwear or related manufacturing/trading experience preferred.
? 二年以上工作經驗, 或是有鞋業相關經驗優先
? Fluent English, and Chinese
? 流利中英文
? Strong communicator and analytical skills
? 溝通技巧與事物分析能力良好
? Strong characters for icebreaker and collaborator
? 堅強人格特質與破冰能力優先
? Qualified Microsoft Office skills with the purpose of reporting and presenting
? 具備電腦OFFICE能力能製作PPT及EXCEL表格
? Typing Skill preferred 25 words + per minute
? 打字能力在25個字每分鐘以上
? Attention on the details
? 注意細節
? Ability to forecast actions and activities in daily and weekly basis
? 具備自我管理能力與日常性工作計畫能力
? Team player and think out of boxes, tendency to prioritize problem-solving mindset
